Excellent place with comfy beds, free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. The staff even helped me with some tech issues during my first stay. I’ll definitely be back for Christmas!

However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. we found a frozen pot pie in the freezer and remnants of what might have been a phone book in the drawers. I appreciated having the refrigerator and microwave handy, but the shower drain was clogged, making it impossible to take a proper shower. The manager was thoughtful enough to turn on the heat before we arrived, which was a great touch, but I wished the room had been cleaned before our check-in since we returned after a long day and found it untouched. Emergency use works, but I wouldn’t recommend it for longer stays or with family.
